My hoover washing machine VT816D22 is showing an EO8 error code, it isn't draining or spinning

the error mean an problem by the temperatur sensor of the water. It is possible an defect of the sensor or cable between the sensor and the microcontroller or the controller self.

The most common cause of machines stopping mid cycle is not draining. Your machine should have a filter behind the kick plate at the bottom.
