1. This message gets displayed when the Envelope Lever has become too hot. Lift the rear cover and then push the lever that is present at the left side of the duplex unit.

2. Move the underboard levers and take the duplex unit out of your Richo printer. If the Envelope Lever is lowered, the roller pressure increases.

3. Ascertain to keep the Envelope Lever at a lower position when the print job is carried out. Close the rear unit and then push the duplex inside the Richo printer.

Go to sp mode press Clear Modes 107 and press Clear Stop for four seconds. Screen will change enter to SP Modes. enter 2109-1 and execute. then enter 2109-2 and execute. That should do it.
