There is no Windows 7 driver for this machine. All the latest drivers are available from Canon Support at the following link

Select your Operating System and Language.

The official line from Canon on Windows 7 drivers is to use the Vista Drivers until the Windows 7 drivers are released at some point in the future. Note that Windows 7 drivers will not be released for all machines.

E990 Error in the waste toner shutter
0000 When the output of the waste toner shutter opening and shutting detection
sensor doesn't become "H" when it WMUPR period after the sleep returns after
eight hours or more pass, the door opening and shutting is detected or main
power switch turns on.
- Check that the drum unit is properly installed
- Replace the waste toner shutter sensor

Hi. That error means there is a problem with the hard drive. First step is format the hdd and reinstall the system software if problem persist change the hard drive unit. Please clean the cleaning blade and try printing a test page if that does not fix the problem then please try to replace the 'Laser beam scanning unit' But before replacing please try to clean the unit with soft cloth.Hope this would help

E000747-621b error on printer
This is usually a communication issue between copier and finisher, check connection to copier. Reboot, if error is still displayed you may need to dig deep into copier removing cleaning and re-seating main-controller sub pcb's checking cables ribbon cables ect. however this job is not recommended for anyone other than qualified technicians.
