The PUK code is a code associated with the SIM card and not with the phone.
You have only two ways to get rid of the PUK code. Either you replace
the SIM card , or you call phone provider that issued the sim cadr (eg.
At&T, Virgin, Tmobile , Vodafone, Telecom etc.)
PUK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the PUK code from a database for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
The PUK code is the pin unlock code. Ufortunately if your phone is asking for this you must call customer care. You will need the account holders name and last four of the social for customer care to give you the number. There is one hold up. If you entered in a worng code to the point where it now says PUK2, you must go to a store and get a new sim card. This is the only way to get past it now. I would sugest an extra sim card in wich you put your address book on, in case you run into this again. You can have a sim card that is not active and keep it in your jewlry box or top drawr.
Well are you sure there is nothing there? well its in there maybe you just dont find it.. try asking your network provider (ur simcard provider where u can find your PUK.) they giving it to subscribers responsibility to keep it. and i u lost it, there's no way u can unlock ur sim card.
Ring your recharge number and select option4 and they will give you your puk code but if you used up all your retrys then you have to go and get a new sim.
