Most likely a control board failure open it up and look for burned connectors

SOURCE: I NEED AN OPREATING MANUAL

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry but this forum does not supply manuals direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)

You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!

Good luck,
John C

It could be carbon brushes or electronic fault.

Do you have ability to check carbon brushes?

Hello, I have a beko wm5100w and it seems to be stuck trying to pump out water. I have cleared the filter and pipes, but now I need to reset the machine. I have done the "switch off, turn to 90...

It could be a faulty thermistor (showing high temperature)
or water sensor fault that is causing the pump to run.
Just try and unplug it for 3-4 hours, and see if it resets itself,
if not replace sensors, and if that does not work, replace the main board.
Here is the manual:

This is the actual reset/diagnostic mode

I can hear the water going into the machine but after after a short while the machine stops, the start pause button and the wash button flash and the machine stops. I have held down the start pause button...

Not an answer to your problem but i am having the same problem with me 20 month old beko machine - a different machine to yours. I have had an engineer out twice already paid for by myself to rectify the problem and now it has happended a third time. The engineer seems to think it is poor quality wire used. Good luck let me know how you get on.
