Recently bought and installed a delta hand shower with features such as a pause button. Pressed it and now it won’t turn back on and just drizzles unless the button is held in with force. Anything I can do before returning it?

SOURCE: bathroom stall shower

Most handheld showers use a hose to connect from the existing shower arm down to the hand held option.  Some units come with attachment points on the shower arm, but I believe that you are looking for a unit that has a hook that you can mount where ever is comfortable for you.

SOURCE: vibration from my shower panel

Sounds like the pipe going to the shower head is vibrating. Not secured tightly indige the wall. That is about the only thing it could be in my opinion. Hope this helps you out .

SOURCE: The 'boost' button on my

Good Morning drlesleyanne. The issue you describe will down to the PCB inside the push button controller. If this does not send the correct signal to the processor box it can cause the unit to 'fail safe' and this is why the unit needs a power reboot. The remedy to this is to replace the push button control itself and once installed should allow the shower to work correctly again. All our digital products have five year guarantees, so you can always call our Customer Service line on 01959 560010 and they will replace this for free.

Kind Regards,

I just installed a new shower with no tub. I have water to my delta fixture but no water out the head. I used shark bite connectors and did not solder the fittings

Are your walls still open? I assume they are as you'd be unlikely to close them up without having had tested your water flow. Here is what I would do.
1.) use the orange plastic C shaped release tool to depress the white plastic ring on the shark bite fitting that you have on the delta side of the Delta-ShowerHead connection.
2.) Carefully and slowly turn water on and see if water is exiting the fixture where you expect it to.

IF yes, water is coming out of the delta fixture then you know the flow problem is somewhere between the delta fixture and your shower head.
IF no, water is not coming out the delta fixture then you need to re-access how you connected the supply lines to the delta fixture.

Why water drizzle when showering?

There can be various reason of water drizzle, the main reasons are:

1. Low water pressure, it's the main reason for water drizzling. Check the water pressure of your house and if it's loo low then fix it.

2. Rust in your shower head, if your shower heads is full of rust it can be a reason for water drizzling. Clean your shower head nicely to remove those.

Thanks.

Delta handle won't turn more than half way

Take the handle off and adjust the hot temperature stop. Its just a plastic piece that needs to be adjusted up more. It just fits in grooves like a gear. Its easy to do.

I have a Delta scald guard shower faucet (older model). The cold water pressure is good but as a turn to hot the pressure drops to a drizzle. There are 2 other sinks and another shower upstairs and there...

It is more that likely the valve in the stem of your fixture, I'm assuming this is a single handle faucet. If you can replace the valve, you will cure your problem. I am giving you a link to how to adjust the hot water temp.

I recently move into a condo that has a Delta single lever Series 1400 single lever bathtub fixture. The bathtub has a shower nozzle that looks like it has been used. I cannot find where there is a button,...

Is there a button on the tub filler? How about the spout on the tub, does it lift up? If there is not a tub spout then it should be shower only, if it has a tub spout it has to have a lifter of some sort, the foto I found showed the little button lifter. Hope this helps.
