I checked the Alcatel website <https://us.alcatelmobile.com/ > and did not find a user's manual for the 4044V model flip phone.
If you are in the USA, you may wish to check eBay to find any Alcatel 4044V model phones for sale, contact a seller or two and find out if the phone includes a user manual. If so, ask the seller if she / he would be willing to photocopy the manual and sell you the photocopied document.
