I have an lg aristo. well actually i have 2 and drivers have sucessfully been installed on my pc and iv booted it into dl mode and its connected to my computer and nothing

Apps work based on the version of Android that your mobile device is running. You can make sure your Aristo 2 is running the latest version, but if the app requires a later version of Android than your phone can run, you can't use the app.

Hard Reset LG Aristo
Power off the smartphone by using the Power key.
Next, press and hold the Volume Down + Power button together for a couple of seconds.
Release the Power key when the LG Logo pops up.
Keep holding the Volume Down and after 2 seconds hold down once more the Power button.
As soon as the Factory Mode appears let go of both keys.
In order to confirm process by choose appropriate options using Volume rockers to navigate and the Power button to confirm.
You have to wait until the LG Welcome Panel pops up.
Excellent! The factory reset is done.

it will run, but get more ram, your best ram is 2 gig ram to run the game, and all so do a game test on he video card to see if it will lag, there a GTA IV demo out there i belive so try that b4 buing a new ram

Have you tried just using the drivers straight from the manufacter? Also make sure you have SP1 installed.

2. Have you install the sowftware that came with your device?
3. is your system recognizing the hard drive (go to start>run>type devmgmt.msc and press enter> and look under cd/dvd rom drives... is your device listed? is it showing with a ? unknown device or a ! next to it's name?
a. if the device is not listed chances are you didn't set up the jumper correcly when installing the device or the device may not be powered or there's an issue with the data cable connectd to the device and the motherboard, check your physical setup.
4. check the removable media is in fact compatible with your drive: this is the compatibility list

The_Wise23 - delete and try reinstalling your lg usb modem if that does not work call your provider and see if they can assist you more.

chinesebox - the best thing to do is uninstall all lg software and then reinstall it.

for all other users un-install then reinstall

I had the same problem but now i have found the solution for it. Its not the software its the phone. Go to your Phone Settings hit Connectivity and then Usb Connection select Data Service and now connect your phone to the pc and select connect in Mobilesync and it should work. After you are done using MOBILE SYNC you can simple go in settings once again and choose mass storage for any downloads!!!
