Bad smd capacitors on the digital board. There are many and unlike regular capacitors are small and hard to replace. May just want to get a whole new digital board. Try Encompas parts.

If you're in the US, you will no longer get antenna signals because the US has recently switched to digital. The TV you have does not have a digital tuner and you'll need to purchase a digital converter box that converts a band of analog signal to digital.
This is a CCD problem
There was a recall across a range of makers and models because of a bad batch of CCD's that all makers used.
