SOURCE: No Ice Cubes

Maybe water inlet tube is stopped up with ice so water is bypassing ice maker and dripping into bin.
Or is the water inlet valve on the back not shutting off.

Either way check water inlet valve. http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/refrigerator/check/inletvalve.php

How did you know it is not on? A single cycle for an ice maker takes some time to complete. They don't have reset buttons. You just lower the arm to turn it on and raise the arm to turn it off. The cycle goes like this. The tray is filled with water then as the water freeze it reaches a temperature that which triggers a sensor. Then a heating element melts the bottom of the ice then the mechanism rotates and dump the ice. Cycle starts again. This single cycle can take a few hours to complete. If the cycle is interrupted by turning off the water, it could take a while because the ice maker will go through the cycle regardless.

It sounds like the water inlet for your ice maker is now frozen. Blast a hair dryer around the waterinlet to the ice maker for 5-10 minutes, reconnect the ice-maker and you should hear the sweet sound of flowing water

I need to defrost my ice maker. How do I do that?

Marvel usually have an "On" , "Off", and "Clean" selector switch. There are a couple of ways I know of to defrost.
1. Turn the unit off and leave the door wedged open for 24 hours.
2. Get a hose and connect it to another water source, preferably hot water, and melt it off.

Unit turns on and starts to cool. Then runs for about 5 minutes and turns off. Unplug unit and plug back in and it repeats the problem. Will stay running.

It can be issue with temp sensor getting overheated or compressor getting overheated or issue with compressor relay or capacitor.

Our Marvel icemaker was working great then it starting making ice at a much slower pace. It is not make ice no where near as fast as it was. What could be the problem?

Could be a dirty condenser coil, blocked return air, if the ice machine is in a warm environment it takes longer to make ice, water temperature if it is warmer it will take longer to make ice. if water inlet valve is letting water seep buy during freeze cycle it will take longer to freeze.

Ice maker is not making any more ice

I am going to take a wild guess that you have a GE brand. I did not see if you posted the brand. If there is no water/ice in the ice maker you may find the fill tube through the rear wall is frozen solid with ice in it. You would need to totally melt all of the ice from that tube. If it is iced and you melt it then it freezes up again very soon you probably have a bad water inlet solenoid valve. Try clearing the inlet tube and do not replaced valve until you have repeat problem because it is probably ok.
I hope I helped, supertechks
