Put original board back in back to error f32. Talked to vendor and they replaced the W10189967 board. Upon install error f2 again. I find it very hard ti believe both boards are bad. I also changed the W10131867. Same result.

usually this is because you have the connecter on the touch pad off by a pin or not seated well. sometimes all it takes is taking the front touch panel off, re seating the connectors, and putting it back together. these thermadores are very sensitive to it for some reason. if all else fails, take all of the small multi pin wire connectors off one by one and re seat them. it should take care of the problem if it wasnt there before you started. good luck!

HI
The range timer is usually located in the control panel on top of the range. If you suspect the timer is faulty, don't try to fix it yourself. Remove it and take it to a professional service person for testing. Here's how to remove the timer:
Step 1: Remove the back service panel to the control panel and release the spring clips that hold it in position, or remove the retaining screws.
Step 2: Push the timer forward to release it.
Step 3: Remove the electrical lead wires from the timer housing. If, when disassembling the timer, you notice that the electrical wire terminals look burned, remove these leads and buff the leads and the terminal points with fine steel wool. Burned and/or dirty terminals can cause the timer to malfunction, but a good cleaning can solve this problem.
Step 4: Replace the old timer or install a new one of the same size and type, if this is necessary. Connect the new timer the same way the old one was connected.

Can I assume that you determined that the bottom burner flame is burning properly? To do this, remove the oven bottom insert. The flames should have approximately 1" of blue cone and should burn with no yellowing tip, if on natural gas. (A small yellow tip on the end of the outer cone is normal with most LP gas.) The flmaes should not lift off the burner ports. If the flame is lifting, gradually reduce the air shutter until the flame stabilizes.

F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged -
Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.
It appears your timer/clock has failed in this instance.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

You could have an intermittent problem such as a stuck key or contact. As long as the F02 is not displayed, the washer should work normally. You can continue to use it when the F02 is not displayed. It is still safe to use the washer.
Sometimes this problem is caused by a loose wiring harness connection between the keypad/user interface control board and the machine control board.
