Quoting: "If you forget the password XXXXX your HRG DVR, contact your supplier with the serial number of the HRG DVR to obtain a secure code to reset your HRG DVR.
If the supplier for some reason can't do this on their Computer you can easily just contact Honeywell yourself with the serial number and they should give you the code to reset it. If for some reason they won't give it out to anyone other than the supplier, they can easily call it in. Their number is: 1-800-323-4576. "
Do not call 1-800-323-4576, Honeywell will not help, their business plan is to steal from people. They will refer you to a local reseller, this reseller will do the job that will cost you from $500 to $800 dollars service just to reset your device. If you have any Haneywell product put it in the trash can, best thing to do, If you still know the info write it down and stick it to the device, once you loss that info Honeywell will try to steal from you.

For an HP Officejet printer:
You can reset the printer definitions taking off the
power cord and holding # + 6 buttons (semicomplete reset) or # + 9
(full reset) while connecting power cord again.
For an HP Laserjet printer:
Try logging in with admin as username and leave the password blank.
If not, preform a "cold reset" on the printer which resets parameters
back to factory defaults. You want to print off a configuration page
first. From the service manual :-
Cold Reset
A cold reset changes most system parameters in NVRAM to the factory
defaults. However, unlike NVRAM initialization, a cold reset does not
reset the page count, the paper tray sizes, language, or formatter
number.
NOTE A cold reset also resets all the HP Jetdirect settings as well as the printer settings.
Use the following procedure to perform a cold reset.
1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold the Go button.
3. Turn the printer on, and continue to hold the Go button for at least
5 seconds, but not longer than 15 seconds. During this process, the
Attention LED turns on.
4. Release the Go button.
NOTE If both the Attention and the Ready LEDs turn on before you
release the Go button, you must start the procedure again with step 1.
The printer's LEDs begin cycling. The cold-reset process runs until completion, and the printer returns to the ready state.

this should restore it to default.
By default there is no username or password required to access
CentreWare Internet Services. If a username and password have been
configured for CentreWare Internet Services and you do not remember the
username and / or password, reset the printer to factory defaults
(NVRAM reset).
To reset the NVRAM, go to the front panel's Main Menu:

The
network key is the router's encryption key.
You can retrieve this key from the router's wireless settings.
Connect a LAN cable from the D-Link to your computer's LAN port, open a browser
and enter the D-Link;s configuration URL.
http://192.168.0.1
The default login = admin
The default PW = blank (just press Enter)
You can now go to the wireless settings.
If you have changed the admin password then enter this password.
If you have forgotten this password then you can reset the D-Link back to the
default settings by power up the D-Link press and hold down the RESET button at
the back of the D-link until the LEDs flash at the same time then release the
RESET button. You can now login to the D-Link using the default login and PW.
