Have you checked your cartridge also try do an alignment test

You need to run a calibration cycle to bring the laser scanners back into alignment. It may need to be done professionally.

All new copier/printer has safety pacageging SCREW /TAPES to prevent damage in traveling/shipping w/ it your Kyocera taskalfa 180 won't print, look for it and remove it all usually it is color orange 1 of them located at Optics unit .

this code is saying you have a bad yellow dv unit you have to have a new 1

I beleive you listed your question under the wrong model machine. The CS-4035 is a black and white copier and should not be making bluse dots. Verify the model number please.

your best bet with this one.. is to call kyocera support... they might give you a simple answer.. where as a tech will charge you an arm and a leg...
