If you put the dial in the middle of any cycle and pull the dial can you hear a faint motor sound? if so its simply a broken belt.

SOURCE: Electrolux/Simpson EZI sensor 5.5 kg machine cycles.

Well I'm an idiot. They did say there was a fast wash, but it specified that it was for extra rinses to help people with detergent allergy etc., but did not give a time for the cycle. They should have said it was the short wash for everyone. I tried it, and it was fine. Thanks anyway. If I ever have a real problem, I'll be back.

SOURCE: We are using our Electrolux/Simpson Ezi Sensor washing

also have the same machine - if you wash with the eco rinse the clothes will ALWAYS have the soap residue on them and if you use the deep rinse then this machine will just sit there doing the very occasional agitate for up to 6 hours - can't win - have only just hung out a load and as usual there are many many dry spots on the sheets which is a daily occurence - really hate this machine and it's so called u-beaut functions -

SOURCE: simpson ezi loader washing machine clicks 3 times

Hello,
It sounds like a door switch fault see if the end light and the start/pause light are flashing count the flashes if end flashes 4 times and the start/pause once or maybe more this could be error 41, door switch fault.A door switch would cost about $ 20 but there may still be a problem with the main Programmer.
Good luck.

SOURCE: Simpson ezi sensor 8.0 kg won't spin lid lock flashes and alarms

Hi
To solve the beeping and lid lock light flashing and the machine not doing a spin dry. Do the following.
I have a SIMPSON EZI SENSOR 8Kg top loader. This is what I did.
WARNING HIGH VOLTAGE. switch the power off and unplug the machine.
DO NOT do this if you are not familiar with working with high voltages.

To get access to the lid lock switch,
1. Remove 2 screws at the rear of the washer.
2. Remove 2 screws at the front of the machine located under the lid and covered by small round plastic plugs.
The top cover can now be raised gently from the front.
3. Remove the 2 screws that hold the lid switch.
4. Remove the clear plastic cover from the lid switch.
5. DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE ( Verify that power is off)
6. Find 2 blue wires these go to a magnetic reed switch (25mm long 3mm Diameter).
Cut the blue wires and discard the reed switch. insulate the ends of the blue wires and push them back into the track in different directions so there is no possibility that they can make contact with each other.
7. Find 2 white wires these go to a set of contacts that are mechanically closed by the solenoid.
8. Pull out the contacts and the 2 white wires.
9. Cut the white wires at the contacts, strip 5mm of plastic off the wires and twist them together, The wires will have corrosion, clean them with sand paper, they must make good contact. I recommend that you solder them together.
10. Insulate them and push them back into the track.
11.Reassemble starting with fitting the clear plastic cover.
Your good to go BUT BUT BUT,

WARNING
The Lid safety protecting during the spin dry cycle will no longer function,
So don't do this if you need the safety of the lid closed during the spin cycle.

Remove 2 screws at the back of the machine

SOURCE: Hi I have a Simpson 8kg washing machine ezi sensor

Those machines with a will of their own can be difficult to handle.
Ask the electician if there could be something wrong while spinning.

Good morning and Greeting down Under from the Great White North!

Unless you are going to get out your multimeter and trace the power, you are going to need a service call. They appear to have a history of failing control boards.

My Simpson ezi sett 7.5 always fills to full even when set to low. i have replaced the pressure switch and still fills to full.

Check the rubber hose from the pressure switch down to the bowl for any holes or splits allowing the air pressure to escape. Also check that water valve is stopping the flow. Start to fill then press pause. Water flow should stop immediately. If it keeps flowing or is slow to stop then replace the inlet valve. Try it several times to be sure.

My top loader Simpson ezi set washing machine over fills what can I check to get it working normal again

check the small tube to the level pressure switch
check the switch is working
check/replace the water control solenoid / diaphragm
tests are
with out clothes
select a low level wash
listen as the water flows in
when the tub is about 1/2 full the water solenoid shouf make a clunk sound and the water cuts off
at the same time the wash cycle begins
if the water comes right up and there is no solenoid sound then check the small tube or the water level switch
if there is the sound but the water continues replace the diaphragm in the solenoid

Simpson eziset 550 stops at rinse cycle, light flashing

I had the same problem before, but removing the kink in drain hose does the trick. Maybe yours is more complicated but try it.

Simpson Ezi Sensor Front Loader keeps pausing during washes, doesn't put through the detergent.

you might be putting the detergent in the wrong part of the dispenser,or you might have the hose on the wrong way,or the water valve has failed. Read up on your user manual to see what happens on this part of the cycle, does the w/m empty ,then try and bring in more water?? The main give away to this fault is,detergent still in the dispenser.Check all your filters on your inlet hose and water valves.
You have to ask yourself what has changed, cheers.
