SOURCE: The tablet I bought is not giving the right time and date and for lock of instruction manual i can not used it.

You may have to get a manual as all makes and models differ . Google it with make and model . if you go into settings you can change date and time there.

How to access developer rights on my android tablet Aspen g1058a ?

go to settings and scroll down to "about device" where it says "build number" press that 9 times, every time you press it it will tell you how many more times you need to press it. once you've done that close settings, then you go back into settings you will see "developer options" next to about device
