My tv always have the westinghouse symbol come up all the time, what can you do to fix this?

If your TV has a reset switch on the back, use it. If not, Unplug the TV, hold the power button down for 30 seconds, let it go and remain unplugged for another 5 minutes or so.
Plug it back in, and see what happens. Try changing the inputs/channels/etc to see what happens. If you're still having this issue, Take your TV in for repair.

- Sidenote, a $25 power bar with built in protection curcuits are the easiest way to protect your equipment from this kind of thing, and quite a bit cheaper than forking over $300 for a new TV everytime there's thinder and lighting.

I have the same issue with this TV and an Xbox. it can't keep a HDCP connection and my research shows that it either can't support HDCP or I have a cable that isn't able to support the speed (It pretty cheap) or signal, or it's a bad cable. I'm going to swap it out to see. But Blue Rays use HDCP and you may be having the same issue.

This sounds like the inverter board has gone out. The inverter board is in charge of turning on and off the back light. If this goes out the TV is still able to fully function meaning you will still get power indicator to turn on, but since the back light is off you cannot see anything on the screen. You will need to replace this part so your TV can be fully functional again. does it have any Eco settings, or auto shutoff after certain time settings. Not sure if they do anything about that, but there has been a handful of times over last couple years when my 32 in Westinghouse would either turn off, and not start, or simply not turn on. Had to uplug and wait a min a couple times. I have considered updating the firmware, but have heard so many horror stories about this on Westinghouse TVs I am afraid to try it. Just flashed new firmware onto my new Sony TV yesterday, no problems. Westinghouse has some funky issues with different hardware/firmware in same model TVs, and you have to turn off Autosource in power menu. So some peoples problem are probably cuz they didn't follow directions and bricked their tv. But some who suceeded and said it was easy no problem, still ended up with other new issues, and a firmware update is irreversible. If it only happens once in a while, I say live with it, or brave the firmware and give that a shot. I haven't tried Westinghouse support, but have heard it is less than desirable.

power supply was a delta electric dps210ep-2c rev01

reheat any solder joints that don't look 100% as well .
such as c310 .

this is a known working fix . try before you buy a supply .

Our Westinghouse Flat screen tv plays for a little while then turns the picture off but the sound is still on. How can we get this fixed?
