I own a 6 yr old Honeywell HHT-157 True Heppa air purifier. I love this machine but all of a sudden I cannot change the speed settings. It will also not turn off unless I pull the plug. Help!

There are no servicable parts in Honeywell. Get a new one.

I am 99.9% sure that you are simply looking at this year vs. last year models. There are absoutly no significant changes. I will verify on Mondayas I know the engineer at Honeywell that works on this particular product!

Check the UV lights under the filters. If they loosen slightly the unit quits working. Simple fix, did this myself one time.

Honeywell htt 011 air filter light won't go off

Thank you to MPODHOLA. After cleaning your Honeywell HHT-011, if the red light does not turn off locate the very small button under the red light. As suggested use a paperclip, hold the button for 5 seconds and this resets the system. Make sure the unit is on when you hold down the button. I tried it with the unit off and it did not work. Turned on the unit, held down the button for 5 seconds and the system reset. No more red light.
