I have a Nextbook ares 11 5.0 lollypop with 14 update s pending and I can't see any way to do so.is there a app I don't see?

go to settings go to about and it will say software go and click on it to see if a update available

try closing your app open apps by clicking left hand button then should come up with your apps what you been on at bottom it should say close app it draining your battery if that does not work you may need a new battery

lok at what is running on notebook, look at app to see what is running, turn off games that are not being used, keep in mind most app come on when you turn on the pad. some may need to be uninstalled, if not used. be sure too only uninstall games so you don t uninstall parts of the note pad programs.

Hi click on the play store icon it. should open a page with 3 horizontal (LINES) with Google play beside them ...click on the 3 lines it should open a page WITH MY APPS & GAMES click this on & u should find you're apps to update.. cheers

Probably there is no one factory installed. You will need install one from play store. Also check if there is app called ES explorer or something similar. It has picture viewer.

Mostly It's Just a Bug or a issue with the Play Store itself... I Would Advise Restoring your Device From Scratch or Updating to the latest software.

*check you have enough space
*check your internet conection
*update your app market
