I am being charged 2 times for Netflix. Need to talk to someone in regards to this?

call again and talk with the manager then put a stop on netflix direct debit in your bank

probably as if it is on direct debit , one section doesn't talk to another so it may be some time before the deduction is removed

you are probably trying to get into netflix for free, there is no such thing, you are asking for someone else's paid account and his codes to get into netflix , it is unfair and illegal. Maybe from a relative or member of your family, may probably do so but I doubt it for they will be responsible for payment or bills that you may accumulate..
