Question about Apple iPhone Cell Phones
Your easydrive may have a bad connection inside. I would try a new one first. If it works, then the old one is worn out. IF not, then your iphone lightening port may be dirty/damaged. Check out google drive or onedrive from Microsoft. They are cloud based versions of easy drive that require no hardware.

If you download/rent/purchase those movies on your iPhone from the iTunes Store, you can just use the same Apple ID on your iPad to redownload those movies on your iPad. You can download rented movies to one device at a time during the rental period.
Another way is to use a data transfer program. Here's how to transfer data between two iOS device. All you need is two USB(lightning) cables and you can directly transfer your movies from your iPhone to your iPad.

First you need to authorize your PC with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so. With your iPhone connected to iTunes and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
Besides what mentioned above, I like to share you a article about transferring files from iPhone to computer, which included transferring iPhone photos and videos to computer/iTunes.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!
