Well, the guy there is right. This is not a lawyer resource. The only thing I can tell you - next time you choose a contractor, chose wisely. Most contractors are irresponsible. That's why you need to search for a contractor very carefully. I used the advice of my cousin. He just told me where to find a good contractor. I contacted these guys (https://www.contractorstoday.com/carpenters-near-me/ - here's a link if you need it) and they did their job very fast and for the small price. And - yes - they did it really good. As for your problem - just call a lawyer, I don't know.

SOURCE: Delta Luv Crib 4600 (1997 model)

That's probably older than their support line stocks. Consider using archive.org to see if a later model uses the same part? I called 800-377-3777 on a 2001 model crib and ordering parts was no problem.

SOURCE: How should I maintain my Wrought Iron outdoor chair?

In order to maintain a wrought iron outdoor chair you should use paint to touch up the cracks and afterwards apply rust protection. Moreover, you should wash the chair with a mild soap and rinse once a week.

I have a dresser drawers wont open all the way help

post a pic. Is this the right section?
For a wood dresser - check the runners on the sides (pull drawer all the way out. Humidity really affects the wood. Try a little dry bar soap and rub on the rails (it will help lubricate)

How do i fix old, cracked, weter damaged walls and ceilings

You will need to figure out if moisture is from some type of plumbing leak or a leak from the exterior of the house.(roof, window, etc.). You need to fix the moisture problem first. It could lead to mold issues that could make you sick. Not to mention it will only ruin the new patch work. If the damage is only a couple of small spots in each room. You can then cut the damaged areas out and put new drywall patches in. Home Depot sells drywall in 2ftx2ft sections. Measure the damaged section. Example. damage is 2inx2in.Cut the new drywall 3inx3in. Take the 3x3 patch trace around it on top of damaged area. Take a razor knife cut around line and break out the damage area. You may have to screw wood around the inside hole. To be able to screw new patch in place. Then take mesh drywall tape around seams and then mud. Any hardware person should be able to help. If you are not comfortable doing this please call a handyman service or local contractor. Hope this helps .

Help

Cut the railing where you want the steps, and in 4x4 posts to reinforce the railing. measure the distance from the deck to the ground and see if Home Depot or Lowes has a stair blank to fit
if not you must cut one yourself which isn't all that hard

My mother had a new Evcon Furnance installed through energy assistance programs. She has a manufactured home. Today her electricity went off while the furance was running. Heat had built up, so it melted...

How old is this furnace? When the "Energy Team" pays a contractor to replace a furnace, the contractor is responsible for the warranty work. Utilities normally handle the funds from Government sources but they pay the contractor full price. If *********** has paperwork, contact the company that installed the unit or go through the utility if they won't co-operate. As a side note. when the power is off, the gas also shuts off and enough residual heat to damage the plastic door would be really unusual.
