Yes, the antennae needs upgrading. It is not supplying enough signal for the television's capability and the HD programming that is now available. Or the reception where the antennae is is obstructed.
Obviously you could get one from sansui or better yet try ebay they probably will have one it may be a few weeks until one or more show up. Some links to try:
there should be an av button on the tv turn the camera on to play back on the tv find the av button and hit it depending on the tv ther might be 1 or 2 av ports also depends on how the camera connects is it 3 wires red white and yellow or something else
Put the HDLCD19WB on a channel. Press menu on remote. Select channel on the sceen. Press enter on remote. Select auto channel memory on the screen. Press enter on the remote. Use the right arrow button on the remote to set the signal type to air for antenna or cable. Select automatic search on the screen. Press enter on the remote. Wait for search to finish. Check channels with the channel up and down buttons on the remote.
If you have any digital channels you should have them now.
The dtv signal option in the channel menu is only available when tv is tuned to a digital channel.
Try calling the customer service number on the back of your Sansui tv. If you ask them, they can probably email a copy of the manual.
