ok! you have defctive convergence correction circuit! thats why the color is abnormally function!

1) Do you have a cable box or converter box hooked up to the TV? 2) How old is the TV ? 3) Is it a rear projection TV? 4) Does this happen when watching a DVD, Game Source, VCR Tape?

Sometimes, these inputs get damaged by ESD, or stray voltages, and become damaged. You may just need to give the set a reset, unplug an leave for 5 mins or so, and try again, if still no go, see if there is anything, in the troubleshooting procedures, that can help. It may just be a board replacement, If you decide, to get it repaired, please first contact RCA head office, and ask for a referral, to an authorised service center.

How do I program my xfinity remote to work the power on and off also the volume on my RCA TV model RTU 5540-C

Just to make a note, the RCA 4k UHD TV models such as RTU-**** are horrible for finding remote codes. These TV's are actually made by Curtis. The manua will give you the remote code.. sort of. So far it seems as though all of them are NEC format with a code of A05F .. along with a full key map.. useless for a universal remote, useful for a Windows ore linux serial based IR transmitter.. and maybe a lead to the 5 digit code. NEC codes did not work, seems to be NEC format, which covers 95% of all remotes, NOT NEC product.

Why did my Quasar TV (1993) picture go out again, blue line across the screen? We had it repaired, 3 months later no picture, same blue line.

Sounds to me like something else is causing those parts to fail. It should be under warranty but depends on the repair shop. Why not just buy a new one.

Here are some choices for a new one:

Hi, I have a Sony Grand Wega LCD Projection TV that has a blotted gray streak across the front of the screen. I only use a damp cloth to clean the window and that doesn't seem to help. It really shows up on light pictures and is unnoticed when the picture is a little darker. What can I do to fix this problem???

RCA D61W20 Image Turns on and Off

sounds solder related. I would guess the vertical output IC or flyback needs resoldering, As the vertical will shutdown the picture if the solder looses contact, and the flyback feeds the filament voltages to light the tubes. Solder repair is usually the cause when you lose picture but have sound.
