you will never find a schematic for a dell.

you can purchase this whole unit for the price of those ic's
the going rate is 30 to 70.00
I fix these only if they have frayed wire, otherwise junk pile.
sad but its the times we live in.

Hi,

What is before the Bad Checksum error? is it something like this:

**** Bad RTC battery ****
**** Bad Checksum (CMOS) ****
Check system, then press [F1] key
If there is a mention of Battery then you just need to replace the battery.

I have seen this error before for faulty memory or hard disk.

I hope you find this tip helpful! Turning off alarm on wr 50m sports watch (4 buttons)
Look at your watch to see if the alarm (shaped like a bell) and hour chime (shaped like a pacman) are displayed.

If Both are displayed:

1. Hold down the Adjust button and press the start/stop button twice

If the Hour Chime is only displayed:

1. Hold down the adjust button and press the start/stop button three times
