Seeing as the IT manager provides the password(s), perhaps you should contact him/her for a password. Seems odd that you installed the software though...that's usually what the IT manager is supposed to do.

Sometimes these types of bugs with Polaris can be fixed by going to Apps -> Settings -->My Device --> Application Manager --> Choose [All] Tab scroll down until you find Polaris .. Click on it. Choose uninstall updates and Clear Cache. Sometimes this allows the app to be re-updated in the Google Play Store and allows you to use it again. Hope this helps.
