check to make sure you connected the RCA jacks to the audio output on the tv then go to the set up menu on the tv and select external speakers

Why I have a thin line across the screen in my TV model Panasonic TC 21. After replacing the vertical IC the horizontal line across the screen reduced to few inches and not as it was earlier. vertica

First, You should to replace by original part, then you should check the voltages on power supply, and check the voltage for vertical IC based on datasheet, also check the voltages on vertical section including yoke and last you should check the ESR capacitors on vertical section.

No audio

Sadly if the IC is so destroyed that you can't read the number, you either have to find someone with the same model or get the service manual. You will need to put the full make and model number on here if you want someone to tell you this IC.
Another thing you could do if the PC board has part numbers on IE: IC25 R45 etc. Is to contact Panasonic telling them the make and model plus the PC number and see if they can tell you what goes there.

Loss of vertical sweep

Hello
Your TVs vertical output Ic may be damaged. You just open your TV and locate the vertical section inside, usually panasonic uses Ic numbered [LA7837] which will be marked as part number IC451 on the circuit board. It is a 13 pin Ic, sometimes the number may be different in your TV, as Panasonic uses four types of LA series Ics in their sets. I think that you have some knowledge in the service field, so the complaint states only "loss of vertical sweep", and so I'm not going too deep into description. OK.
