Good day how do i solve error C2500 Kyocera 4035

SOURCE: error code on kyocera fs-3800 printer

E1: xxxxxxxx = Main motor error
Either the motor aint turning or it is being stopped from turning...Usally drum or developer units cant turn, or main motor or control board stuffed...

below is stuff from service manual and ....my comments

Suggested causes
The main motor is overloaded. Overcurrent in the main motor circuitry due to an excessive torque....... Check Drum, developer unit, toner cartridge and process units ensuring free movement
• Connector insertion error........check developer plug is secure (left top near toner cart little plug)
• Defective gate array U204 on the engine
board (KP-864). .......replace board
• Defective harness between engine board and
engine relay board (KP-760). .........secure replace cable
• Defective harness between engine relay board
(KP-760) and main motor.

I don't think the problem is in the firmware ...

Hi,
a C2500 error code relates to the paper feed area.
It indicates either a faulty paper feed motor, loose plug for the motor or lubrication problem in the feed area.

change paper size from printer properties maybe the paper size is LTR so you have to change it to A4
