Hallo! Your problem is in the invertor block. Caution! High voltage! approx. 1500V at the exit to the lamps. The possible reasons:
1. the voltage doesn't arrive at the invertor board. In this case check the voltage at the enter of inverter board. Many times there is a little green fuse that burns.
2. when you switch on the TV, if the screen blinks for one- two seconds, this may be problem with the high voltage transformator, to replace
3. the lamps. only to replace with other for checking
4. the board of the invertor. In this case, take the schematics, make the measures and post them, we will try to solve it.
The backlight invertor seems to be defective.
Check the main power supply board for bad capacitors (visible damage ) and make sure that the invertor tubes do not light up for a moment when you power up the monitor ( in that case their probably is one or more light tube defective (burnt)) --
Hi, If your machine is old means may be brake shoe might be very closes joined make adjustment and correct it otherwise it is a bearing noise kindly replace the bearing along with washer
There are a few things that can cause this fault, but the most common is the High Voltage Capacitors that feed the backlights going bad. The invertor and power supply are on the same board (Vestel 17IPS01-2)
The caps are on the power supply board and are C355 & C356 (12pf 3kv) and C354 (4.7pf 3kv). If you replace these caps it will solve the problem in 99% of cases.
If replacing these three caps do not solve the problem then it may be easier to replace the power supply board... as fixing means replacing a tiny surface mount chip with loads of legs.
WARNING: The Power Supply/Invertor board can contain LETHAL VOLTAGES even when turned off and unplugged. if you are not sure, Pay someone to do it for you!
Based on your post, the local distributor of the AJAX CNC Lathe can not repair nor replace, then perhaps you should try to go direct to the systems manufacturer.
Alternately, you could try a local Industrial Electronics Tech. who is familiar with these and has access to a service manual or at least a schematic diagram.
