All depends on how much water is collecting. A lot of water indicated a leak from the ice maker. A small amount and it's probably a clogged condensate drain. Steaming. Fill the pan to just below the rack level and put veg or food on top of rack. Switch on. If you are steaming buns or sticky food lay a sheet of greaseproof paper or cabbage leaf on the rack first to stop it sticking.
