I WAS PLAYING AROUND WITH SETTINGS AND SOMEHOW LOCKED THE SCREENS FROM SLIDING OR THE APPS FROM OPENING!
SOURCE: under desk sliding tray won't slide
It sounds like She closed it with it not quite aligned properly.
First try lift up on it a bit while pulling it out some, if it's jammed it may take quite a bit of force. If you have more than one person 1 might lift and the other pull.
If this is tried with no success, you may have to go underneath the desk with a screwdriver and remove one of the sliderails in order to dislodge it. Once loose seperate the sliderails from the mounts and then reattach the mount to the desk. Then insert the rollers into the mount (Holding tray at a 45 deg angle.) Once the rollers are in tilt the tray down and push the tray in to seat it. It should click into place when it catches. It should now be able to slide as normal.
Hope this helps

My door also had the same problem: It would only open a few inches, then it would stop. Moving it manually one more inch and trying again would make it go all the way. In my case, this was due to the wire harness being bent in a certain way right at that point (and the wires being broken there).
First make sure that the door moves smoothly over the location where it stops by moving it manually. If it's hung up on something, try to find it. In my case the door itself moves very smoothly all along the path with just a finger (or two) pushing it.
I took two screws off the top plate of the arm where the motor in the door meets the frame (bottom of door). I then took this plastic arm cover off. I could then see the wire harness and the gear. Now, make sure there's nothing major wrapped around the gear; next, see if you can get the door to start moving by pressing the button at the same time as you wiggle the wire harness. If the door starts to go, then it's likely a bad wireing harness.
I took the wiring harness out of the arm and moved it below the arm instead of within it. Now it works just fine (the harness doesn't bend in the same bad way anymore). However, I anticipate having to buy a new wiring harness to fix it for good.

SOURCE: passenger side--manual sliding door will not open
i have not yet corrected the concern but have found the source. in this particular model the fuel door has a safety lock feature that keeps the door from opening when you are fill the fuel. I have found the lever broken on the switch now all i have to do is figure out how to replace it
