Look in Device Manager for any audio device that is highlighted. See if you can update the drivers for that device. Look up the device online or your computer to see if Windows 10 drivers are available for it. Go to the computer manufacturer site and look up your model, and go to the audio manufacturer site looking for an updated driver. Don't trust other search results.
There may be a Mute button, let's say Fn/F5 e.g. that looks like a speaker with a line through it to un-mute. Also look in Device Manager to see if there are audio drivers.
This is an uncommon problem. There does not appear to be a scree flip setting in the menu. You could try for a reset of the set but I suspect that would do nothing except require you to retune your channel settings. It is possible that the set was jarred or some vibration occurred that cause a loosening of the ribbon cable to the timing control (TCON) unit in the set. One could try resetting that ribbon cable. Otherwise, the fix might involve replacement of the main board. The video settings menu controls do NOT offer control of the screen flip.
