Stopped printing in color. Won't print from Word or the program that I use to make cd covers (Roxio) B & W ok. Looks like all settings are right. There are no updates to software available. Color cartridge shows about half full.
Had a problem for awhile where I couldn't default to ''normal'' print quality in Word (kept printing in ''high'' quality unless I manually reset). I fixed that problem by resetting printer settings in another program called Roxio which I'd used to make cd labels. Related? Could it be drivers?
The actual printer name is HP Deskjet F380 All in-One. Windows XP.
Try the steps on HP Website at the link below:

Go to the label creator in your Roxio 6, Click on EDIT, then click on PREFERENCES, go to the DISC tab and unclick the "Print Disc cut Lines" and the "Print Disc outline" boxes. This should fix your problem.
