Only way to drain that spa is siphon out the water and then use a shop-vac to get the rest out, sorry that tub is kind of a pain.

SOURCE: My pellet Stove auger stopped working Warnock Hersey

You will need to take it all apart and see what the problem is.
Know that must augers have a drift pin in them to break on purpose if a rock or stone or something else causes them to jam up, and the drift pin will shear before the auger breaks.
Then, with it all apart, see if the motor is turning when it is supposed to.

2001 Warnock Hersey 25-PAF not working!
Even though it is 20 years old it is well supported by the company which is good to see! Problems with pellets stoves are pretty simple to fix, the most comon problem is the fire pot igniter, the auger motor or the fan. Diagnose though, don't just blindly replace items. It is well worth repairing and they fetch good prices secondhand. The links below you should help. The one has troubleshooting ideas.
