What is the value of R3 in Panasonic ER206 trimmer?

There is no full battery indicator. If you charge if for the length of time stated in the user manual, that will fully charge the battery

Resistors R1, R2, R3, and R4 are arranged in a circuit as shown in the figure above. The direction of positive currents I1, I2, I3, and I4 through the resistors are shown. (i.e., negative current values correspond to currents in the opposite direction to that shown above). The values for the resistors and the batteries in the circuit are: R1 = 100 ?, R2 = 200 ?, R3 = 30 ?, R4 = 400 ?, V1 = 4 V, and V2 = 12 V.

Any appropriate power supply with matching voltage / current specs should do the trick. As for the battery inside the ER206, no replacements are available, but any NiMH AA cell will do. The connectors will need to be clipped onto the battery pin braces with a thin swatch of conductive metal, or sautered into place. A battery supply store can do the job well and cheaply. (Experience: owner of an ER-206, very good trimmer.)

the values that i read:
R3 = 4.7 ohm, savety 1/4 W
R4 = 47 ohm, savety 1/4 W
R8 = 1 k ohm, 1/8 W (seen on working PCB)
R9 = 0.47 ohm, savety 1/2 W
these resistors and Fet: 2SK2996 were defective

How many speakers did you conect to it? This looks like the autoprotection is turning off your system due to a overheating in the final transistors. When they cool down the system can be played again. Verify with the owner's manual what is the impedance of speaker accepted by the system's amplifier. Measure or calculate the resistance of your conected speakers on each channel. If they are conected serial the formula will be Rtotal=R1+R2+R3+R..... If connected in paralel Rtotal=R1*R2*R3*R..../R1+R2+R3+R... Where Rtotal is the value wich you have at head of the wires in the conector to the Playe/amplifier, and R1, R2, R3, R... the value of each speaker.

Panasonic never issued a manual for R3. It was done with addendums that got you from R1 to R2 to R3. I think these are the right codes, but you may have to test them.

All Page (internal, I think) is 34. It's also the page transfer code.
Groups 1-4 are 35-38. (All phones are in group 1 by default)

43 is the "meet-me" code. It can retrieve any page or transfer to page.
