It's not uncommon with the Panasonic shavers for them to quit charging. I suggest contacting Panasonic if it's within the first year of owning it. Perhaps they will replace it free of charge.

Tried hard but nobody is selling that battery anymore.
I would suggest you to get a new razor.

When that happened to my phone I was able to open it immediately and set it in an area near my oven to help dry it out. It worked for my samsung phone but not my razor. The samsung was in a front loading washer whereas the razor fell in a (clean)toilet bowl. That may be the biggest difference.
