Power on LED flashes and I get the power on tune. Audio OK but no video. HOWEVER, after about 2 minute warm up, if I power down and back up, TV has video and works as it should! Any help will be appreciated.

Remove the lower front panel by removing the 2 large round screw heads at the lower back corners, one on each side. Remove the retaining screw on the right side of the metal horizontal retaining strip in front of the bulb holder, remove bulb retaining screw in the upper left corner of the bulb holder. Pull the bulb holder out towards you and check for dust build up on the top screen on the bulb casing, if there is an abundance of dust it will restrict the airflow across the face of the bulb which causes it to heat up and turn off. Once the dust has been cleaned your bulb should now work as it should without a problem.

3 blinks is the error code for the convergence ICs. You need to replace both STK392-110 convergence ICs. You can get replacement ICs at the following link and they provide installation instructions with pictures.

SOURCE: Audio OK, NO VIDEO...Toshiba 32hl67u
I just had a technician call Toshiba about this exact problem. The response from Toshiba was that this was a major issue they were having with that particular model...it is the main board which needs to be replaced...the cost? $260 for the part plus $130 labor plus some other fee...making purchasing a brand new TV at about the same cost. I had emailed Toshiba and their solution response was to unplug it and wait an hour. Shame on Toshiba for being aware of this issue and still selling them...at the very least, they should have sent purchasers a recall notification or offered to pay for part of the repair. I am dumping this Toshiba and going to the LG. So there is the solution. Get another TV
