Good morning I'm trying to download my fotos from my S3 to my pc but it wont open my fotos. says cant access fotos
There are several methods you can use.
1.The easiest way it to use Samsung Backup,which can connect your Samsung S3 to computer via WiFi and enables you to move photos from device to PC directly.
2.USB cable, every modern PC has USB port that you can use.And this is the most usual method.
3. Install Google Drive app on your Samsung and PC,and then sync the photos via Google account.

xfer the videos to the memory card and connect the phone as mass storage and manually xfer the videos from one folder to another. Your phone will appear as Fat4 drive.

the best solution for you is to use a bluetooth usb adapter (if your pc doesnt have one) to transfer files. The advantages are much more with this connection than over the cable... the cost is minimal (in greece its about 12 euros) it will solve your problem and the most important thing is that bluetooth is compatible with all the mobiles so you will not need to install different softwares for different mobiles (which may mess up your xp) and use different cables. if for example your next mobile would be a samsung and your brother has a nokia and your father has Sony ericson what would you do ? install 3-4 diffrent softwares and connect / disconnect cables ??? no... - get a bluetooth...

1. Insert the Motorola Phone Software CD in the CD Drive.
2. The setup will launch automatically.
3. Select the appropriate software (PC Suite / Phone Software) to install.
4. Folow the instructions that appear and complete the installation.
5. Restart the system.
6. Start the PC Suite / Motorola Phone Solution software.
7. Click on 'Connect to phone', and follow the instructions.
8. Connect the cable between the phone and PC when asked.
9. The PC will detect the phone automatically.

Select your product and continue with the process, download the right driver for your phone, install it also I recommend to restart your pc and restart phone, it should work. Good luck!

connect data cable with your pc and select media transfer option and then copy in yoyr pc or sync your photos with google photos and login with google account in your pc and download from google photos
