I am using Battery Doctor right now. I have also tried Batter Saver by AnTuTu and GO Battery Saver by GO Launcher Ex. Check the reviews to see what sounds good to you.
Have you tried the Tunein app? I just tried it on my Galaxy Mega 6.3 phone was able to listen to 5MBS.

I didn't find anything but a malicious Russian web site that Malwarebytes protected me from accessing it. Youtube videos didn't appear to be helpful. I didn't see one on the Hong Kong Samsung site when I translated it to English. I supposed only a leaked copy will be what you are looking for, and I can't help with that.
