Unfortunately, you accidentally entered the circuitry of those items. Most all newer cars & trucks, sine the 90's, have integrated circuitry, so messing with the radio ( such as changing, repairing, or replacing) can negatively affect many different dashboard items. Sorry.
You may finally end up at a dealer to get this corrected.
God bless your efforts.

swap batteries if does not work this unit should need repair or replace, display blinking can be produced for power failure ( battery, contacts, circuits) or can be a controller issue.

You've blown a fuse, check the fuse block. it should be an accessory fuse.
SOURCE: lights bulbs in tach and speedo
The tach and speedo are their own separate unit. There is no changeable light bulb. You may want to check your light and instrument fuses. If those are working, I would remove the outer fairing and check the connections to your tach and speedo.

I had the same problem with my 2003 Ford Explorer. I disconnected the battery, which give the relays a chance to reset.
Clean battery termals reconnect and all good.
SOURCE: tach & speedo not working
Had same problem with my 2000 dodge stratus 2.4 liter and transmission would not shift out of 1st gear. Solution was ignition fuse under the hood was blown, one side of fuse working, replaced 10 am fuse everything works, tach, speedometer, gas gauge and transmission started back to shifting.
