If there is no blinking light, then the unit is not seeing a call for heat or cool. My guess is a lose or broken wire in the thermostat circuit. Try and putting a jumper across the red and white heat terminals inside the furnace and manually closing the door switch. If you get heat, it's telling you there is a wiring issue. If you get nothing, it's a bad circuit board.

There may not be a call for heat being registered by the control board. Take the R and W terminals on the control board and put a jumper between the two. If the heater starts, you have either a broken thermostat wire or a bad thermostat or connection.

Using a voltage meter check and see if you have 120 volts at the motor... if so then the motor is bad....
If there is no voltage to the motor then the board is bad....
Replace the motor or board as needed...
