My printer is a fuji xerox docuprint CM215 fw
1. When your printer reports a paper jam, open the tray carefully. A message appears - Has the paper moved at all forward? Has it moved like 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch out of the tray? If so, you may require a torque limiter.
2.It is very easy to fix this issue. POBCM works when a block indicates that the rear of the paper tray moves when it is closed. This is the first cause in most cases.
3. You can view a 41.3 code displayed on the screen if the block is not at the rear of the tray.

Managed to solve this myself: I disassembled the printer and noticed there was a paper jammed in the duplex tray. Rolls were all ok, but the paper blocked the use of the duplex pathway. For disassembly help check the HP 1320 service manual, which you can find on the net as a PDF.

check this out....when the printer reports the jam, open the paper tray very carefully and slowly.
Has the paper moved at all forward? Has it moved like 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch out of the tray?
If so, you probabaly need a torque limiter, no tools, $10 or so and a very very easy fix.
POBCM is very correct when he points out that the block/stop in the back of the tray moves when the tray is closed with too much force and this is the #1 cause most of the time.
You may see a "41.3" code displayed if the block is not up to the back of the paper and the paper is not all the way forward in the trays, and under the two metal clips at the front of the tray.
SOURCE: Message shows "Paper jam" but there is no paper jam
try turning off the printer for about 10 sec. to clear its memory and turn it back on.. then print again
SOURCE: How to clear paper jam at the back of Kyocera Mita
if paper is stuck in the back... then you have to take the machine apart... its messy but its just how it is... as for two sided printing... I would call kyocera support... they could best advize you on that... and they are quite friendly...
