SOURCE: Toto Toilet - no water flow to refill tank after flush

Remove the tank lid and look at the fill valve. Is it a yellow valve?
This fill valve is common on the Toto Toilets and can easliy plug with debrie.

They can be disassmbled and cleaned. however, I usually just replace the valve with Fluid Master Fill valve.
You will also want to check the water coming into the toilet by turning off the water that supplies the toilet and disconnecting the water supply line. After removing the water supply line turn on the water at the valve to make sure that the water is flowing properly. Check the supply line also to make sure it is not plugged.
Be sure and place a small container to catch the water that will come from the valve. A towell will also help from making too much of a mess.
If the Supply line and the valve are clear the problem is in the fill valve.
The G-Max system denotes the Flushiing system which is a 3" flapper that allows the water from the tank to flow into the bowl quicker.
Good Toilets!

Lift up plastic caps located on ends of hindge behind seat. use flat screw driver and hold the nut under the outside toilet rim with your fingers or a pair of pliers. Do not over tighten or might crack the bowl.

Toto neorest leaking & low pressure wand

Sounds like the washer in the shutoff at the wall has failed and is partially blocking the fill pipe. Some rubber from it may have gotten into the toilet valve internally. With the wall valve closed, try to remove the connection pipe to the toilet. If you can do it without water continuing to flow out of the wall shut off...then remove the pipe from the wall shut off. Flush the toilet. Now, apply air pressure to the rubber hose the goes into the overflow pipe. That may clear the valve in the tank and solve both problems. If you cannot stop the water at the wall shut off, close the water valve feeding the house. Remove static water pressure by opening the cold water a the kitchen sink faucet. Now you can open the wall shutoff valve and replace the washer and clean it out....

Five year old Toto toilet has developed a very slow flush in the past few weeks. Plumber has found no clog in line and water from hose flows freely with no back up. We have two other similar Toto toilets...

This can happen if there is a hole (physical damage) inside the trap. Instead of the weight of the water during a flush causing it to drain right down suddenly and completely, it draws in air and loses the momentum. There could be a hole or a crack, which may be hard to find without removing the unit.

I have a toto one piece toilet and the side walls will not rinse properly. I am always having to brush the bowl . How can I increae the water flow to ensure that enoung water travels throught the rim...

There is no way to increase the water but what you can do is take something that is a bit smaller than the outlet holes and push up and down to insure that there hasn't been any build up. You can also use something that removes lime by removing the flush valve (flapper) and pouring it directly into the hole. It will remove some of it. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and then turn the water back on and rinse several times. You can also increase the water amount in the tank which will get you a longer flow rather than volume.
