If the error message you are getting in connecting wireless says : web page is unavailable definitely you are not connected succesfully on line using your phone so i suggest:

• to disconnect the wireless connection and reconnect it again ,

If same error appears:

• you need to contact your service provider to check the status of your connection and or
• you can call also the technical support service of your phone to check on the settings of your phone.
