I am making copies of one document then accidentally the printer turned off in his own.and then we cannot get the paper inside the printer and now we cannot turn on the printer how can i solve this problem?
Step 1: Check and remove any paper stuck in the paper in tray
·Remove all loose paper from the paper in tray.
·If more than one sheet is stuck in the printer, remove the paper one sheet at a time.
·Take hold of a sheet in the middle of the stack with both hands and firm, even pressure, pull the sheet toward you.
· Usually, removing one or two sheets from the middle of the stack releases the pressure and the rest of the stack can be removed.
·After you have cleared the paper, check to make sure no scraps of paper are stuck in the printer.
Step 2: Clear paper jam from the back of printer
If the paper jam is not easy to reach from the tray
Note: The back of the printer could have a rear access door or a two-sided printing accessory also known as a duplexer.
Step 3: Remove the two-sided printing accessory to clear the paper jam
Note: Do not press the buttons on the ends of the module while replacing it.
·Press the button on top of the two-sided printing accessory and open the door.
·Pull the jammed paper out of the module.
·Check to make sure no scraps of paper are stuck in the printer.
·Close the duplexer door.
Step 4: Lift the front cover and slowly remove any jammed paper.
After trying all the other options listed, open the front cover, grasp the jammed paper and SLOWLY pull it out.
For the paper jam issue turn around the printer and open the back door to pull the paper.
and for the power issue unplug power cord from wall and from the printer side too, plug everything back and ready to work.
Leading cause of paper
jams is debris / foreign objects that accidentally fell into the paper feed
area. Please try this approach to fix the problem:

paper feed area. Please follow steps below to fix the problem:
1.
Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder.
2.
Grab a flashlight and look inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.
3.
If you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any
debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.
4.
If feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover
and remove the cartridges.
5.
Check the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris in the cartridge carrier's
path or the paper path.
6.
If cartridge area is clear, close the cover.
7.
Re-brick your printer. Pull out the power supply, black box where the
power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30
seconds.
8. When the printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
