Hi there. Is that 11.37gb free on your SD card, or internal memory?

Check the storage section of your settings, and see if it tells you how much system storage you have, because it won't download if there is insufficient space on internal memory.
You could also try and transfer some of your apps onto your (external memory) SD card, and try again.
Keep in mind it also needs almost twice as much storage space as the update, for extracting the file, and processing it.
Another way to do it is to download the update onto your computer, and transfer it to your sd card, and update it from there.

Hope that helps.
Cheers from NZ

SOURCE: error copying file or folder

One of the most important yet overlooked elements of PC maintenance is data backup. If you do not perform regular backups, chances are your productivity will eventually suffer from data losses or a failed Windows installation.

All versions of Windows after 3.1 ship with a free backup utility called Microsoft Backup. It is not the best backup program available, but it may be sufficient for your needs. (Backup is better in later versions of Windows. Microsoft recommends Win98/Me users purchase a third-party utility.) If you want more control over your backups, consider purchasing a third-party program.

Backup is part of the System Tools utility. However, Setup does not install it by default in Win98/Me/XP Home. If you cannot locate Backup, visit the Microsoft support site and query for article No. 152561 (Win98), No. 264541 (WinMe), or No. 302894 (WinXP Home).

In Win98/Me, click Start, select Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and click Backup. To create and run a backup, click the Create A New Backup Job radio button and click OK. Follow the prompts to create a full or partial backup. If you want to create a backup set and run it later or run an existing backup set, open Backup and click the Open An Existing Backup Job radio button and click OK. You can now access the main Backup dialog box.

In Win2000/XP, navigate to the System Tools utility and select Backup. Click the Backup Wizard button. If you do not see a Backup Wizard button, click the Welcome tab. In WinXP, the wizard will start automatically if you are in wizard mode. Follow the prompts to create your backup set.

When you reach the last dialog box, Completing The Backup Wizard, you can click the Advanced button to create a backup schedule (this option is not available in Win98/Me). When you reach the When To Back Up dialog box, select the Later radio button and click the Set Schedule button. Perform data backups on a schedule that is appropriate to the importance of your files (once a week is a common timeframe). You should also perform a system backup at least once a month.

If you do not want to use the wizard, or you are working with an existing backup, open Backup and click the Backup tab to access the main Backup dialog box.

SOURCE: 221 GB Free on MyBook - Error states not enough space for backup

Is the drive formatted as FAT32?

If so, and your backup is more than 4GB, it will not be able to write the file to the drive.

Open a Command Prompt (Start | Run | CMD) and at the prompt type:
CONVERT V: /FS:NTFS /X
Where V: is the drive letter of your My Book.

That will convert it to NTFS and it will be able to handle files larger than 4GB.

It may be due to the file system.  If formated as FAT32 files larger than 4gb may not transfer.  Try reformatting as NTFS to fix the problem.

SOURCE: Sonic MyDVD - not enough disc space

well, sonic dvd creates temporary files. I noticed it doesnt delete those files. they are somewhere in documents & Settings\(user)\
i can't seem to recall the exact place but its either under Application data or Local Settings\
you can check the disk size for these two folders and or the size for sonic folder in these two. would take few clicks and im sure you will reach there.
sorry for the partial answer as its been over 2 years when I had to find the missing disk space =)

Status code 4174-0000-3080-0504-8007-000D

This is very simple: you seem to not have enough hard drive space for a system update that your console is trying to install.

Error 8007 0070 occurs when you install an update or buy content on...

(I've pasted some bullet points for you)

" Error 8007-0070 occurs when you install an update or buy content on Xbox 360
Problem
You may see the following error code and message when you try to update your Xbox 360 console or purchase content:
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-8007-0070

Note
The "x" characters in the error code vary.
This may mean that there's not enough space on your storage device (mostly likely the Xbox 360 hard disk) to install the update or the content.

Solution
A console update or content download may require significant hard disk space. If you don't have enough free space, you need to move or delete some items."

You can probably get around this by using a 32gb USB thumb drive and moving some of your content that's hogging up your console's space onto that thumb drive temporarily.

Heres the Xbox.com info to get you started about moving and deleting hdd space--which also has info about using a USB thumb drive, too. Copy move or delete Xbox saved games profiles and avatar items

Trying to download but keep getting Out of Space error message. Wants mme to free up some space on my MID. How do I do this?

Uninstall any apps you don't need and anything else you can live without.
You can put a 32gb micro SD card in it and have your music, videos and pictures and such saved on it.
Only problem is the tablet won't bookmark your films when you stop watching from the card like it does off the built in memory.
