I want to watch PBS on my Nextbook 11a. I receive an error message. The Android system is 6.0.1 Thanks, Annette

You could download a JB rom for your nextbook 8 and flash it using live suit or do a factory reset by turning it off then hold down the vol up button then hold the power at the same time until you get recovery appear then you can do a factory reset.

Testimonial: "I have tried the factory reset with power/volume button. First screen is NO COMMAND hit up volume did reset and same. where is reset button on back. Only have speaker holes."

I need an owners manual for my nextbook ares 11a 2-1 tablet
Nextbook has the documentation for most of the products here: http://www.nextbookusa.com/downloads/ . Either search by Category on the right (Ares and then 11A) or search for the model directly.

It appears my WD My Passport Ultra is not compatible for this device. Android Nextbook Ares 11A
A lot depends on what type of connectors that Nextbook has. My Nextbook does have a USB port that you can connect items to. It would seem that you could go to the Western Digital webpage and find out about compatibilities there.
