Offhand am not sure if an RCA remote would work with a Haier television. You could of course still try: 140 191 0000 10748 0001 002 003 004 005 006 085 086 223 323 2000.

SOURCE: lost px-rc1 manual

press and hold "set" then "TV" (or whatever device) then press "set" again. Point the remote at the device and press repeadly the power button until the device turns on. Press "TV" again to complete the programming procedure.

If you are talking about a rca universal remote control, for a memorex tv here are your options 1004, 1006, 1013, 1019, 1047, 1054, 1163, 1167, 1205, 1207, 1213, 1230

I have the same tv/vcr combo and according to my Advent unversal remote chart Panasonic code =
one of : 1003, 1054, 1062, 1109, 1170 or 1248

According to my Phillips universal remote chart = 416, 937

I have a Stang ST-620+ Universal tv remote,looking tv code for all wharfedale tv models

wharfdale TVs are rebadged by Argos, so I am unsure of the actual manufacturer, and therefore the control signal scheme that they use.
It might help if you gave the model number of the particular TV, as they could be using several different manufacturers in their range of televisions.
it is unlikely there will be a single code that covers the whole range of Wharfdale Tvs

Hi,

This is not a problem specific to flat panel televisions. In fact, it's not a problem at all. The documentation that came with your TV remote will have instructions on where to get the code and how to program it into the remote. Basically, you'll need to refer to the documentation of the device you want to control with the remote. It should list the code for that device. Then use the documentation for the remote for instructions on adding the code.

I have a Viore TV and I need the remote tv codes.

Most UPC's do not include the Viore, it is a non standard set. Some codes from others may work it

like 0092 316(tivo)

here is a response from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, there would not be a remote code for this unit in your existing remote. The code would have to be already manufactured in the the remote that you have. This is a brand new unit from a new factory which has a whole new set of remote control information. We have provided our code information to several companies that maintain universal remote databases. There is a lag period before the remote with the new information can be manufactured and provided to cable TV customers. The only universal remote that would have our remote information readily available is a PC-programmable universal remote that allows the customer to download the code information (not a remote code) from the internet directly to the remote. Bought rca universal remote for my viore tv and dvd tv cant get it to work

rca remotes wont work all tv try a logitech harmony remote they are programed with pc intrnet and will work any tv and more check craigslist for a good deal as they are expensive but worth it
