If it is not very old, your battery is probably okay. But the biggest drain on cell batteries these days is background data ... meaning we are all being TRACKED, 24/7! When you DON'T need it, turn off LOCATION services. The same with cell data! If you can connect to a WiFi connection, turn OFF your cell data! See if that changes your battery discharge rate. I'll bet it does!

You need to make a soft reset or even a hard reset to your phone. Soft reset: For that, you need to know the ResetCode (usually 0000 if you don't change it): Go to Setting - Phone Settings - Reset Settings - press ResetCode - Confirm
