In this regard SARS has contacted approximately 150 000 taxpayers whose bank account details were not provided on their income tax return or who bank account details could not be verified to request that they correct these to receive refunds due. be careful if it asks for your bank details and other details as this is a common scam to clean you out
If the claim is a refund on a purchase that you know about , the operation refunding the money will already have the bank details from the purchase
If it is an offer for you to claim a refund and is unsolicited( you know nothing about it) it is known as a nigerian scam and has cost people hundreds of millions of dollars

The only way to get this process reversed and have the points refunded is to directly contact microsoft costumer services.
Unfortunately, it is very unlikely they will refund the points since all terms and conditions have to be agreed to when bank details are first put in.

Hi,

It takes 5-10 working days for them to process it. The amount shows refunded because Paypal refunded the amount to the bank but that doesn't mean that the amount is updated on your Debit Card.

The ball is in Bank's court. What i have seen it would be updated within 2-3 working days but some banks would take more time to update the amount.

Note - I am taking into consideration that you have entered all the correct details in the Paypal account.
