The diagram should be located under the hood close to the radiator. It should be a black sticker with the diagram in white lettering. Look towards the passenger side near the front of the motor.

I will look at my manual for my 2000 Voyager. They should be close to the same. If you do not find the diagram under the hood comment back and I will get you a photo of the belt drive out of the manual for engine you have. If I can!! What engine do you have??

We need to replace the serpentine belt on our 1996 dodge caravan but the diagram has been removed.
Get the replacement belt, and then note the pulleys that have smooth finish, and note the pulleys that have the grooved finish.

Just 'thread' the serpentine belt, one pulley after another alternating between the smooth and grooved until the last remaining pulley is the tensioner pulley.

Use the breaker bar to allow the pulley to accept the belt, and you're done.

Good morning! I am enclosing a serpentine belt routing diagram to aid in the installation of your serpentine belt. There are 4 different engine possibilities but i have enclosed all. The serpentine belt tensioner is released by rotating in a clockwise direction as shown in the diagrams. Serpentine belt diagram:
The belt routing diagram is located on the top radiator cross member by the hood latch. You should see it when you open the hood. If it is not there, all Chrysler, Dodge, and Plymouth minivans, from 1993 to at least 1999, used the same 3.3L engine setup, so find someone with one and look for the diagram where I described.
